At Frontier we were able to save the company 1.5 million dollars within
the first few months on site. Our senior architect lead several projects
after Frontier had aquired the California, Texas, and Florida
markets from Verizon. The Customer Journey project, originally slated to
be developed by Avaya, was reassigned to our architect for development after
several meetings. This project was developed using Java messaging systems and Avaya
outbound dialers to connect field techs, next in line customers, and managers
for near instant communication. This system was implemented and deployed across all
Frontier's markets. FMC Development Group also trained Frontier's remedy ticketing
team on SPA applications and node.js API's so that other teams could develop
custom reporting software.
